Welcome to the home of us Yokai Creatures, Troenia Forest!
My name is Nuarcia and I am the informer of our tree spirit princess Taeriel, therefore responsible for everyone's happiness and safety! But lately our home got corrupted by dangerous thorns and other plants which grow in an overwhelming speed and spread their danger everywhere. I need to figure out what happened... Did our forest god leave us? Is it our fault? Just what could be the reason for our sudden suffering?
Therefore I need help from our princess to help me safe the forest...! Just where is she again? Still sleeping? I hope she wakes up soon...
In this adventure it's your turn to save the forest! You play as Taeriel and find out what is really responsible for the struggles the forest residents.

About me, the developer:
Hey hey, I'm Eileen and this is my first game to ever be created! In this first project I was inspired by my favorite movie studio, Studio Ghibli, the Japanese mythology as well as games like Ori and the blind Forest. I really hope you'll enjoy this short but bittersweet experience!

It is a pretty nice little game. The controls are very smooth, works perfectly with the controler.
The mechanic in the last lvl was pretty awesome. Nice idea :D

Thanks! I understand now! The big deer was a great being that governed life like The Forest Spirit in Princess Mononoke.
The last illustration made me like the picture of the hero and the forest god looking kindly at the sapling even more with a better understanding of it. <3

I really liked the character designs of the forest inhabitants and the yokai. Kyubi is fluffy and cute!
But my favorite is the person standing on the left side of the first map, feeling the wind!
I'm sorry to say that I played the game with machine translation while reading the text with OCR, so I couldn't grasp the story well... I wonder what happened to Agnea...
The illustration at the end of the last clearing filled my heart with cozy feelings and satisfaction, but that was the only thing that bothered me

Unfortunately, Agnea died in the end because of her illness because not even the forest god could help her. But we, as the Spirit Princess, were able to help the god overcome his sadness about his loss and could help the forest in that way. :) The little tree which was planted in the end symbolizes a new beginning as well as the evergoing life that Agnea still has in our hearts
